In order to control your weight while you are in the process of quitting smoking it would be wise to do the following:
1. Exercise
Exercise regularly. By exercising regularly you will burn fewer calories and feel more relaxed. Pick up a regular physical activity and perform that activity at least 30 minutes once a day.
2. Add Fiber to Your Diet
Eat foods that are rich in fiber such as cereals & breads because by easting more fiber you will reduce your calories intake.
3. Drink Water
Drink plenty of water. Drinking water before your meal will make you feel full. Drinking water is also essential for better digestion and it helps to flush out the toxins created by burning calories.
3. Limit High Calories Intake
Limit the intake of high calories foods such as sugar, fat & alcohol. By limiting high calories food intake you it will be much easier to reduce your total daily calorie intake.
4. Eat Enough
Eat regularly your meals and make sure that are not hungry. Being hungry can cause you to unhealthy high calorie snacks.
